Return and Exchange Policy:
- Defective Items: We only accept returns and exchanges for items that are defective. If you receive a crutch boot that is damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact our customer support team at sales@2CleverInnovations.com within 30 days of receiving your order. They’re will be no return-refunds for an order for a wrong size (crutch-cane tips being over 1 3/4 inch diameter at the base. It’s clearly stated on the item shop page that the diameter base measurement needs to be applied before ordering to make sure the SafeNDry Crutch BOOTS (launch model A) (up to 1 3/4 inch size) is the one that will fit your crutches and canes.
- Return Process: To initiate a return or exchange due to a defective item, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer support team at sales@2CleverInnovations.com with your order number, a description of the defect, and clear photographs showing the issue.
- Our customer support team will review your request and provide you with instructions on how to proceed with the return or exchange.
